Symptoms

On : 12.3 version, Implementation Support

User getting error while query on screen CODSCLQY for the scheme linkage created without auto user authorization

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Link scheme to customer through screen CODCUSM
2. Save and authorise the linkage
3. Qury the same linkage, system is throwing error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
User is not able to search customer and scheme linkage that is done by dual authorisation, same is working fine for auth auth user.
