Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Summary Screens Search criteria Issue

After authorization ,the summary screen which is already open will not fetch any record,user has to change the filter criteria to search the record or have to close and launch the summary screen again.
There is no option to for blank search , by default authorized record will be displayed
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should allow to fetch on the basis of filters.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open Summary Screen
