Symptoms
Unable to authorize the CIF signature from SVDCIFSG.
ERROR

System throwing 'ST-REL-009' error while authorizing.
STEPS
-----------------------
Steps:
1. Created record from SVDCIFSG
2. Save the record.
3. Go to summary screen SVSCIFSG.
4. Search the newly created record using Unauthorized as search criteria.
5. Click on the record and try to auth.
6. System throwing 'ST-REL-009' error while authorizing.
