Symptoms

When attempting to initiate Domestic fund transfer,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

'We are unable to process your transfer at the moment. Please contact the bank for further information.'


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Login as bank user --> Payments and transfer --> Existing Payee -->Select Domestic beneficiary from the drop down
