In "Contact Information" Tab If Saving Origination, "Accommodation Types" Values Are Showing As Blank (Doc ID 2569950.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

On "Contact Information" Tab , it is trying to fetch "Accomodation Types" (Drop- Down) and it is coming blank. .

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
"Accommodation Types" (Drop- Down) in "Contact Information" Tab in Savings account Origination should display some data.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. click on savings account Originations

2. Click on "apply" button on offers page

3. Fill personal info

4. On "contact information" tab ---> "Accommodation Types" drop down is coming Blank.
