Transaction Status, Queue Code Details Are Not Getting Updated When A Txn Gets Cancelled (Doc ID 2570615.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Txn status shows as "In progress" and queue code as "SC".

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Txn status should be 'cancelled' and queue code is ##.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Book XBO transaction
2. Fail the sanction request
3. System will generate another sanction request on auto cancellation.
4. Fail the second sanction request from external system
5. Txn should get cancelled in OBPM, but the txn status shows as "In progress" and queue code as "SC".

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot know if the transaction is cancelled.
