ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

After applying Patch Set, all custom policies entries made as part of customization gets deleted from DIGX_AZ_RESOURCE table.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When patch set installer runs, it should preserve the customization entries.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add custom resources.
2. Run installer
3. Check for the custom resources added in table DIGX_AZ_RESOURCE

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users has to apply customization scripts again after every patch set release.
