On : 14.2.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Inbound payment Cancellation-Message has to be rectified for "For interim/reject process status should be UnMatched or UnProcessed"

Incorrect message for Transaction in PXSICLBR with process status as 'Transaction Locked' and user actions: INTERIM, REJECT

In PXSICLBR screen,
Case: A record with process status as 'Transaction Locked' and authorized

Currently it is displaying as :
"For interim process status should be UnMatched or UnProcessed" and "For reject process status should be UnMatched or Unprocessed" respectively.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
1. When one tries with 'INTERIM' action then message should be: "For interim process status should be Matched or Unprocessed"
2. When one tries with 'REJECT' action then the message should be: "For reject process status should be Matched or Unprocessed"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open PXSICLBR
2. Query transaction with Transaction locked status
3. Select Interim action

The issue has the following business impact:
