New bank logo is not reflecting on login page.

New bank logo should be reflected on login page.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Hit the FCDB (Oracle FLEXCUBE Direct Banking) url.

The issue has the following business impact:
This is a branding change it won't have any functional impact on users but new logo that bank intends to publish might not be visible to end user.
Changes
This issue might be observed after incorrect deployment of new war file to environment.
