On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to add a record /inquire a record in CHM39 screen,the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Customer Name in Sweep In Maintenance and Sweep In Provider Details is getting updated with same value ,even though customer name is different


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch CHM39 screen
2. Input all mandatory fields and add the record.
3. Find that customer name in both Sweep In Maintenance and Sweep In Provider Details is updated incorrectly

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot validate customer name.
