ATM transaction failure shows incorrect sufficient funds related error message in case of Amount block (Doc ID 2571164.1)

If the client has got a balance of 100 and wants to withdraw 40, ATM transaction is throwing error insufficient funds. This is in case customer has an existing Amount block
