Account Masking is Not Proper In Email Transaction Alert, Although It Is Proper In OBDX Screens (Doc ID 2571452.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Any transaction from OBDX, email alert is sent with full account number masking where as from screen it's showing last 4 digit unmask.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should sent the same account number with masking as shown in screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate an FT as Retail User. 
2. Check the email

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customer can't see the account number's last 4 digit.
