ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Collection Contracts are not getting assigned to agents

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the process, the collection contract should be assigned to agents

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book a CI/CL Contract.
2. During EOM the Contracts booked will be assigned to group, queue and Agents


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, some contracts are getting assigned to Group, Queue but agent id is defaulted to ##
