Dual Authorization Is Not Working (Doc ID 2572616.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.3 version, Production Support-SET

Dual  authorization is not working  IN FT module

System throws error FT-CV102, even if first and Second Authoriser are different due to which Bank is not able to Book FT contracts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to FTDTRONL and book FT contract
2. AUTH with different user ID and second AUTH with another


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create FT contracts
