Sometimes Softtoken Generation Fails For Funds Transfer Transactions (Doc ID 2572985.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to generate SoftToken after confirming Auth type,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

String index out of range: 8

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login into application.
2. Initiate any Funds Transfer transaction (such as Internal Fund Transfer)
3. In "Auth Type Selection" section, choose SoftToken
4. Click "Confirm" button, sometimes the screen will show "String index out of range: 8"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, sometimes users are not able to perform 'Funds Transfer' transaction
