Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to do Modification of migrated TD accounts, its taking more time, some times,
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
Cannot obtained lock

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify Migrated TD account
2. Error returns cannot obtained lock
3. Root cause identified as wrong looping in STPKS_STDCUSAC_KERNEL while calling ICPKS_UTIL.FN_VALIDATE_MIN_MAX_UDE.
