Symptoms
During EOD,Facility Utilization not updated in case of Account CCY and Facility CCY are different
Simulation Steps:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Account in BGN and Create revolving facility in BGN and Link the facility to Account
2. Create Another Account in BGN and Create revolving facility in EUR and Link the facility to Account
3. Run EOD to reach Interest Liquidation Date
4. Upon ILIQ Below are the observation :-
A. Account Ccy BGN and Facility Ccy BGN : Utilization Updated Properly ->OK
B. Account Ccy BGN and Facility Ccy EUR : Utilization is not updated -> Not OK
Changes
User created Loan account and Facility with diofferent currency and linked facility to account.
