On Bill Payment History Screen Filter Option is Not Working (Doc ID 2573489.1)

Symptoms

On Bill Payment History, when trying to search transaction using filter except date range option all the transactions are getting loaded

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In Bill Payment History filter is not working except date range.  

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
In Bill Payment history, when user search using filter it should show only filtered data

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to retail user
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Bill Payments > Payment History
OR
Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Bill Payments > Bills > Payment History
3.Search transaction using filter option

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user unable to filter transaction by quick search functionality
