MT N91 Messages Records Are Not Present In Common Group Message Sanction Status Summary Screen (Doc ID 2573541.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
MT n91 messages records are not present in Common Group Message Sanction Status Summary screen

Actual Result :
No record is present in the summary screen PQSSNCST

All other common Group Messages Sanction status we can view in the Summary screen : PQSSNCST except MTn91 messages.

This issue is for only MT n91 series.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Record should be present for the injected message giving us status of the sanction scanning.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Inject a MT 191 message.
2. Verify the message is present in PMSINBRW.
3. Go to Sanction Queue - and check the status of message sing DCN number - Record is present
4. Go Common Group Message Sanction Status Summary Screen ( PQSSNCST )

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see the records in PQSSNCST
