Symptoms

Actual Behaviour:

User is trying to reverse IB transaction and receives the error “Response is empty” at reversal.

Expected Behaviour:
---------------------------------------------------
User should be able to reverse the transaction without error.

Simulation Steps to replicate issue:
---------------------------------------------------
1. Create an FT Contract with an existing account.
2. Transfer the account to different branch.
3. Reverse the account.
