Symptoms


RTGS transactions declined for NRE user at SFMS end.

"MANDATORY DATA NOT PRESENT FOR NRE REMT"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to User application
2. Navigate to Dashboard > Payments Widget > Transfer Money
OR
3.Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Payments > Transfer Money
OR
4.Dashboard > Toggle Menu > Payments Menu > Transfer Money


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, NRE customer are not shown appropriate message of non availability of RTGS transaction for them early on during the transaction
