Account filter is not working for upcoming Payments Data 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Account filter on upcoming payment inquiry screen should be working whenever customer search payment for specific account

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to corporate user
2. Navigate to Upcoming payment Inquiry screen
3. Search Upcoming payment based on account number

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users unable to do quick search for upcoming payments on basis of account number
