Symptoms

while doing the adhoc transaction in the screen we are getting the 'access denied' popup.

Access denied Error is throwing


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with end user go to payments
2. Select Adhoc payment
3. It is throwing an error like "Access denied"

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot do the adhoc payment
