STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Use the multi currency in ELCM utilization transaction.
2. Utilize USD facility using JPY transaction.
3.Check converted amount is rounding up.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot to proper reconciliation of the transaction
