Changes

Invalid SWIFT Format for 59F doesnt rejects the txn Via GW:
Txn-1) Generated with 59 no letter & F50K option = Both 50 & 59F not as per SWIFT Format
Txn-2) Generated with 59F & F50K option = 50F not as per SWIFT Format
Txn-3) With 59 no letter option Via ReST:
Txn-4) Generated with 59 no letter & F50K option = Both 50 & 59F not as per SWIFT Format
Txn-5) Generated with 50F & F59 no letter option = 59F not as per SWIFT Format
