ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Post Recall Rejection operation, the CAMT029 section is missing from the ICF file when there are other transactions to Report. The ICF file is not coming up in the Dispatch browser if there is only CAMT029 to be reported.
The Dispatch status on the Recall Rejection is Success, Dispatch Date is displayed, but no File Reference is shown.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Recall Rejection should be reported in the Dispatch File (ICF) as CAMT029.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Inbound SCT through PACS008 upload.
2. Upload a CAMT056 Recall for the Inbound SCT with a mismatch such that the Recall is routed to R Processing Queue.
3. Create CAMT029 for the Recall in R Processing Queue.
4. Dispatch the transaction.


BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot generate CAMT029 ICF file.
