Bulk Performance Issues of SQL Timeout and Stuck Thread Observed with Error ORA-01013: User Requested Cancel of Current Operation (Doc ID 2575046.1)

When attempting to upload a Bulk File With very huge number of Records,
the following error occurs.

ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation on obdx.log

FCUBSFileUploadStatusSyncAdapter thread is stuck from 600 seconds. on Server Logs

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Upload a Bulk File with Huge no of Records
2. Allow the File to be processed in normal flow after appropriate authorizations
3. During Status Update call to DIGX_FILEUPLOAD_STATUS_UPDATE takes so long that  SQL timeout exception occurs and also the thread that is executing the call is also marked as stuck as it crosses the stuck thread threshold ie., 600 seconds

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users are not able to see the correct status of Bulk Files Uploaded.


The issue is dependent on the number/volume of records uploaded through Application.
