Symptoms

On : 6.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The POS transaction failure has happened for the transaction performed by customer.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
As per the process, the POS transaction failure should not happen for valid customer accounts.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform the POS/ATM transactions.
2. Verify the transaction details.


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the transaction by using POS
