Symptoms

On : 11.2 version, Production Support-SET

User while trying to modify the IC account faces an error.

ERROR
-----------------------
The error code "IC-0016" with the message "Entered Charge Start Date is a holiday."

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Visit the screen "STDCUSTD"
2. Do modify the account after marking it as W or change the start date
3. Check whether the error "IC-0016" occurs.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to modify the account.
