RT transaction failed with RT-CL-001 (Doc ID 2575512.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to create the RT transaction system failed with the the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
RT-CL-001 - Account selected should be loan account


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Create the RT transaction for the product which is enabled the RETAIL LENDING PRODUCT in product Maintenance
2. Input the transaction account and Offset account as customer accounts

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot not able to create the RT transaction for the product with customer account
