Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When more than one country has the same phone country code, system rejects the uploaded record for feed 'UBS_SEG_CUSTOME0' with reject reason as "Phone Mobile country code is missing"

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Even when more than one country has the same phone country code, system must not reject such record.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Maintain same phone country code to more than one country in the 'ref_country' table
2. Upload a file for feed 'UBS_SEG_CUSTOMER'
3. System rejects such record with reject reason "Phone Mobile country code is missing"

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot successfully upload a file for the reported feed 'UBS_SEG_CUSTOMER'
