Advice Generation for Teller Transactions function ID's on Completion of Transaction (Doc ID 2576039.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
On Bankers Cheque Issuance on Account using function ID 1010, The Transaction is Completed Successfully and Advice is Generated.
The Issue is On Completion of Transaction the Advice Generated Displays a blank Window and on Closing that the Actual Advice is displayed.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When Banks Cheque Issuance from Account is Completed the Related Advice mapped to the function id is generated.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Application and Peform BC Issuance using function Id 1010
2. Complete the BC Transaction and on Successful Completion Advice will be generated


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users a blank advice is generated and when that is Closed the Actual Advice is Displayed
