FT Reversal Is Not Checking The Balance In CASA And Account Is Overdrawn (Doc ID 2576104.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
FT reversal is not checking the balance in CASA and account is overdrawn

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
SYSTEM should throw error during FT reversal when credit account balance is insufficient provided OD facility is not enabled

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Book an Incoming FT contract
2. Withdraw the amount from CR account through ATM or Teller transaction leading to account balance greater than 0 but less than FT transaction amount
3. Perform FT reversal
4. Check if SYSTEM validates balance and throws error

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Accounts are going to negative balance even though Overdraft facility is not enabled
