User defined Event of charge saved for LC Contract in UDDEVENT does not post accounting entries (Doc ID 2576116.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

 ITPC User defined Event is saved for LC Contracts in UDDEVENT. ITPC event is showing as authorized but no accounting entries posted

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User defined events fired on the contract should pass accounting entries if related maintenance exists

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch screen for User defined events processing UDDEVENT
2. Choose an LC contract, and input event as ITPC - Any charge event
3. Save the record and authorize
4. Check the accounting entries posted for User defined event

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, User defined events settlement are not reflected at income GL
