Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Inbound Cancellation - None of the transactions are coming with Process status as "Processed" even though cancellation request is completed

Actual result - Process status still stays in "Transaction locked". A ‘Matched’ transaction on completion of its processing has to be changed to ‘Processed' status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Process status in PXSICLBR should be "Processed"

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:

1. User to go to inbound cancellation request queue and accept the transaction
2. User to select a transaction with process status as "Transaction locked" in PXSICLBR
3. User to go to PXDIVIEW screen for that corresponding transaction and check recall status is accepted
4. User to go back to PXSICLBR and check the process status
