In MT941 message for90D field 6 Digits are getting generated from FCUBS but the max limit of 5 Digits (Doc ID 2576523.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.0.3 version, Production Support-SET

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When there is no record fetched for the date range for the report then ac_entry_sr_no is updated as null. Next time all the records for that account available in account log table picked up to derive the count.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When no record fetched for the date range for the report then ac_entry_sr_no should be updated with existing data and MT941 to be Generated successfully

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Generate MT941 for a specific time range.
2. Check mstb_swift_interim_details table for MT941 for the account message
is generated.
3. Again try the same for a time range where there is no transaction.
4. Check mstb_swift_interim_details table for MT941 for the account message
was generated. ac_entry_sr_no should be same as in step 2.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

6 Digits are getting generated from FCUBS but max limit is of 5 Digits Hence the message is rejected in SMS
