Issue in Force Change Password when User Changes Password Through Forgot Password Screen instead of using System Generated Password.

When a New User is having a System Generated Password, or if an Existing User has Reset the Password through Bank Admin, and they try to use the Forgot Password Functionality instead of Login through the available Password, the Force Change Password still appears after resetting through this mechanism.
The Force Change Password should only appear in cases where the Password has been Reset by Admin or for New Users where there is a System Generated Password Available.
Here the Assumption is that for the below user - Either it is a case of a New User who has System Generated password or a case where the existing Password is Reset by Bank Admin.
1. The user instead of using the new password sent to him/her via email, clicks on the ‘Forgot Password’ and proceeds to set a new password.
2. The user then tries to login into the application using the password set in STEP 2 and goes to the force change password screen and resets the password.
3. The user is able to login successfully into the system using the password that is set in the STEP 2.
Note that in Step 2 Again a Force Change Password is NOT Required as in Forgot Password the User is Resetting Password on his own.
The Change that Triggers this Issue is user instead of using the new password sent to him/her via email, clicks on the ‘Forgot Password’ and proceeds to set a new password.
