Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
User created an Islamic Customer account with No Debit check box enabled 

User subsequently is not able to modify the field

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
During modify, Uncheck option should be allowed.
