On : 3.4 version, Production Support-SET

When attempting to generate Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC), because of Internet Explorer code format issue
the following error occurs.

Due to this issue, users cannot generate Bank Realisation Certificate (BRC) since there is format issue in income/expenditure code.
