1320 - Screen Allowed To Input Offset Account As The Closing Account (Doc ID 2577511.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
System is allowing to input the offset account number as the closing Account in the 1320 screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
System should not allow to input the closing Account as the offset Account.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Open the close out withdrawal screen 1320.
2. Query for an Account for closing.
3. Try to input the same closing Account in offset Account field.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Account is getting closed with balance.
