<LEGID> tags should be there
Additional Information:
-->As per page 1172 in ISO Document, the tag is mandatory.(Document attached)
-->the same is not available in the setr.016.001.04 OrderInstructionStatusReportV04 for setr.013.001.04 SwitchOrderV04
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload a setr.013.001.04-SwitchOrderV04 to FCIS
2.Extract the OrderInstructionStatusReport generated as part of step 1
3.Check if the tag is present in the message.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, sub system is unable to load the file since the tag since SWIFT messages are not following the ISO standard.
