Symptoms

On : 12.4.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

When attempting to use the SMDUSRDF screen through ESP language,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Response is Empty


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select the language as ESP
2. open the screen SMDUSRDF

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot access SMDUSRDF.
