Unlock button is not enabled for PNDOTONL and PNDITONL screens for un authorized contracts
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Unlock button should be enabled.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to PNDOTONL / PNDITONL screens
2. Enter Contract details
3. Unlock and Save
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot modify the contracts after saving it.
