BC: 'Their Charge' details non editable after first authorization
The 'Their Charge' details in the main screen are non editable after first authorization. Bank wants to make use of this field in case of movement event like 'INIT' (Moving from initial to final) , BDIS/BPUR (Change in operation) etc.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

'Their Charge' details in the main screen should be editable after first authorization.
STEPS
-----------------------
Simulation Steps:
1) Input and authorize a BC contract in Initial stage
2) Unlock the contract and check for the field 'Their Charge Amount' and 'Their Charge currency'

Bank operations get affected.
