IN - User Removed The Parent Intermediary Code But Still The Parent Intermediary Name Exists (Doc ID 2578622.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In the screen INDINMNT, if the customer removes the parent intermediary code, the respective Intermediary name still exists,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Parent Intermediary name should be blank

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Goto screen INDINMNT
2. Enter query with existing Intermediary Code to edit
3. remove existing Parent Intermediary Name

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot change/remove existing Parent Intermediary Name.
