ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User was unable to enter @ in email text box from AZERTY keyboard

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
User should be able to enter @ in email text box from AZERTY keyboard

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Change the keyboard language from ENG to FR
2. Open STDCIF
3. Create NEW customer maintenance and click on the Director tab
4. Enter Alt Gr + 0 button from the qwerty pad
