Failure when User tries to delete the reversal done on LQDTRONL screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform receivable liquidation of an LI Contract on LQDTRONL Screen
2. Perform reversal of the liquidation done
3. Before authorization, delete the reversal done

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Users cannot delete the unauthorized reversal and record pending as unauthorized due to which EOD Cannot be commenced
