After application of patchset, customization changes done in REST IDM are rolled back.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Customization changes should not be rolled back after application of patchsets.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Refer extensibility document

2. Add the CZ EARs in the weblogic-application.xml file located at obdx.app.rest.idm.ear/METAINF/ weblogic-application.xml
3 Add CZ Servlet and the servlet mapping in the web.xml file located at obdx.app.rest.idm.ear/com.ofss.digx.appx.service.rest.war/WEB-INF/web.xml
4. Apply patch set
