Value(In Customer Currency) Field Under Earmark Holding Tab For Insurance Scheme is Not Saving Into FPGB_ASSETS Table (Doc ID 2579238.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Value(In Customer Currency) field value under Earmark Holding tab in financial planning screen is showing positive value (Calculated on the fly) for un-allocated assets, however value shown in the screen is getting saved as 0 or NULL in MARKET_VALUE_CUST_CCY column of FPGB_ASSETS table. This is observed only for insurance related scheme. Data is getting saved for other schemes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Value(In Customer Currency) field value under Earmark Holding tab in financial planning screen should get saved with value shown in the screen which is getting calculated on the fly.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create a proposal for a client having investment in insurance scheme from Financial Planning -> Create/Modify plan screen

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:

In customized GBFP report, market value is coming as 0 for insurance related schemes even if the customers have positive holding, which is giving incorrect picture for their investment in FCPB Application.

Changes

 There are no changes in the environment, product, account and hardware which has triggered the issue.
