Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Notification job running from Web Logic application layer [SMSJOBBR screen] to PROD DB running every 30 sec.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Customer wants to run the job every 10 sec without having performance impact at database
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Perform transaction
2. Check the time interval of the notification generation from the transaction time
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Customer has to wait for 30 sec for checking the transaction notification
